What language will the event be in?

Bilingual ES/EN. Live captions in both languages via PowerPoint 365 — no headsets required.

What does the General Admission ticket include?

Full 2-day access, all 3 tracks, 5 keynotes, 20+ sessions, networking, expo, coffee breaks both days.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer to another person up to 48h before the event — email caribbeanaisummit@gmail.com.

Is there parking?

Yes. Convention Center valet: $18/day. Rideshare and taxi available (~$20 from SJU airport).

Age requirement?
